Gold Awards Received From Quality in Tourism

Tim and Diane are proud to announce that both The Mistal and The Barn have received Gold Awards from Quality in Tourism, now making The Mistal 4star Gold and The Barn 5star Gold.

In this the first year of these awards, almost 1,500 of the 20,000 self catering units assessed have achieved the 2009/10 Gold award.  The quality scores required were:-

4star - 84% and above overall and 80% and above in public areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and cleanliness

5star - 91% and above overall

We strive to maintain our standards and hope we may continue to receive the awards in the future.
